Small dog the perfect companion for Fashion Week

We pet lovers already know a dog (or cat, ferret, bird, etc.) makes a perfect companion for any occasion, and this is the case even if you're attending a swank event at Fashion Week.

An article, "15 commandments of Fashion Week ," makes it official--dogs are hot, hip, and chic! Commandment Number 8 states: "One accessory that should never be brought into a fashion show: your brand new baby or small child...
