I'd like to apologize in advance for this inconsequential piece of news. If there is one consolation, it is that this is not nearly as inconsequential as ABCNews reporting that Dennis Rodman Settled a Speeding Ticket. Still, even in the realm of Celebrity Pet News, this item is pretty thin.

Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar were walking through SoHo when Freddie stepped in dog doo. That's it. That's the entire newsworthy item.

Of course, it wouldn't be worth mentioning if it weren't for the fact Just Jared has pictures.

Just goes to show: celebs are just like us; they apparently don't have any special poo-repelling qualities.

And let's take this opportunity to remind people to clean up after their pooches. Freddie's had to suffer through two, count 'em, two Scooby Doo movies; he shouldn't have to suffer through any more bad "Doo" experiences.
