Is J.Lo Taunting PETA?
PETA thinks that J.Lo is J.Low. The animal rights group has been hounding (pun intended) J.Lo over her use of fur in her fashion line.
According to FemaleFirst.co.uk, J.Lo has been going out of her way to goad PETA, claiming that she eats a bucket of KFC chicken after every concert. PETA's been a vocal critic of Kentucky Fried Chicken for its alleged abuse of the chickens prior to slaughter.
A PETA spokesperson reportedly said, "Is there not an ounce of compassion in this woman? It's no surprise that JLo would eat KFC."
Personal note to J.Lo: Have you see your box office as of late? You sure can sell CDs, but Gigli, Jersey Girl, and Monster-in-Law didn't exactly set the BO on fire. What's my point? Let's try reaching out to PETA instead of working against them--you're threatening your kind-hearted, "Jenny from the block" on-screen persona by playing a heavy against animals in real life. And if the story's not true, then how about kicking the fur habit in big way. Just say no... to fur!
