Oprah needs better neighbors!

Oprah Winfrey needs better neighbors. Condos are great, but living with the rules and dealing with petty gripes can be a problem, as Oprah is discovering.
Oprah's neighbours in Chicago are causing a fuss because they fear her dogs will cause a problem in their condo building. The dogs AREN'T causing a problem, but her neighbors are griping because they MIGHT. (I've got a few choice words for neighbors like that, and if Oprah wants me to take care of this issue for her, I'd be more than happy to have a "discussion" with her fellow condo dwellers.)

Winfrey has spent more than a few bucks connecting separate condo units at one of Chicago's most exclusive condo complexes, and some of her neighbors are upset that Oprah is bending the one-pet-per-unit policy.

But the building manager is coming to Oprah's defense: "There is a one-pet-per-unit policy, but Oprah owns four units. She is never here with more than two dogs, and she is as quiet as a mouse. If any of the residents have any questions, they can come and ask me what the rules are."

Seems to me Oprah's condo complex needs a few more dogs and few less grumpy humans!
