Paul Parducci saves dog from shelter

You probably don't know the name Paul Parducci, but his face is familiar. Paul's appeared on shows like Bones, Cold Case, Will & Grace, NYPD Blue, and some show I think I've heard a little about, Desperate Housewives.

He may not be nominated for this year's Golden Globes, but we think he's worthy of an award for saving a dog from a shelter. Paul maintains a blog at http://paulparducci.blogspot.com/, and he's posted about his new Pug/Chihuahua that his son named Shadow. Seems Shadow's prior owner left him languishing in a county facility until Paul and his family saved him.

And just like you and me, Paul's found his new canine is changing his life for the better. He posted, "My new dog Shadow is a brilliant and happy canine----I really love this dog."

Here's hoping Paul much success and Shadow much love in his new home.
